Terms and Conditions (GTC)
scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts and business relationships between shopygo2, hereinafter referred to as "seller", and its customers, hereinafter referred to as "buyer". Deviating or conflicting conditions of the buyer are only effective if the seller has expressly agreed to them in writing.
Offers and conclusion of contract
All offers by the seller are subject to change and non-binding. Contracts are only formed when the seller confirms the order in writing or the goods are delivered.
Prices and Payment
The prices offered by the seller are in the currency indicated in the offer and are net prices that do not include VAT. Payment is due within the period specified in the offer. The seller reserves the right to charge default interest in the event of late payment.
Delivery
Delivery times are only binding if they have been expressly confirmed in writing by the seller. The delivery period begins on the date of confirmation of the order. The seller has the right to make partial deliveries and to invoice them separately.
retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment.
Warranty and liability
The seller guarantees that the goods are free from defects at the time of delivery. If a defect is discovered, the buyer must immediately notify the seller in writing. The seller has the right to remedy the defect or make a replacement delivery.
The seller is liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by the laws of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with these GTC is [Place of Jurisdiction].
Severability Clause
If a provision of these terms and conditions should be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. The parties will replace the ineffective provision with an effective provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
